Among them, he urges investing properly in systems and staff, as well as “taking steps in a concerted and focused manner in order to stay ahead of the curve.” Consider your CRM: Does it currently handle your needs effectively, and more importantly, will it take you where you need to go this year and beyond? What does your current sales staff look like? Do you need to make additional investments in training and development to achieve your 2015 sales goals?
